Adrian has been enjoying cutting with scissors since about 25 months: it started with fringe-cutting, followed by simple strip cutting. At this point, Adrian is very comfortable cutting on the lines. So, today, we have many Fall inspired strips to cut.
Practice makes the hand stronger and more precise.
Once, Arian was done with all the cutting, we used the cut-outs to form patterns. Spotting three-sequence pattern was very comfortable for him to perform. However, the five-sequence pattern (as shown above) required some attention and concentration. However, with a little verbal guidance: "What comes next, after the pumpkin?" he was able to perform it.
