So, let’s turn mundane sight words learning into a FUN invitation to play! But, wait! What are SIGHT WORDS? Well, if you have a preschooler, you might often hear the term “sight words.” So, sight words are words that appear most frequently in reading text. Sight words are specifically chosen and need to be learned by SIGHT rather than by sounding out, blending, or segmenting. Thus, teaching sight-words EARLY is extremely important because knowing them will help your little one to become an efficient reader! So, frequent practice through fun hands-on invitations to learn and play will make sight words learning desirable rather than dreadful!! And this FEED THE SHARK hands-on DIY will do just that!
