Instructions
Step 1: Design Your Stickers
Start by looking up designs for your Easter stickers. Think of cute Easter characters, traditional Easter symbols like bunnies and chicks, or personalized messages. Once you have your designs in mind, you can create them using free design Cricut software, Cricut Design Space.
Step 2: Cut Your Stickers
After finalizing your designs, it’s time to cut them using your Cricut machine. Load your adhesive vinyl or sticker paper onto the cutting mat and follow the instructions on your Cricut machine to cut out your designs accurately. Make sure to adjust the settings according to the material you’re using for optimal results.
Step 3: Weed Your Stickers
Once your designs are cut, carefully weed away the excess vinyl or sticker paper using a weeding tool. This step ensures that only your intended design remains on the backing sheet, ready to be transferred onto your Easter eggs.
Step 4: Transfer Your Stickers
Next, use transfer tape to transfer your stickers onto the plastic Easter eggs. Gently peel off the backing of the transfer tape, place it over your sticker design, and press down firmly to adhere the sticker to the transfer tape. Then, carefully lift the transfer tape with the sticker attached and position it onto the surface of the Easter egg. Press down firmly to ensure the sticker sticks to the egg, then slowly peel away the transfer tape, leaving the sticker in place.
