Handprint Heart Tree Craft Instructions
Instructions To Make a Tree
To make the tree, place your child’s hand on a brown sheet of cardstock paper, fingers spread, and trace it with a pencil. Then, cut it out and glue it on the background cardstock paper.

How To Make Paper Hearts
Cut the paper sheets into 5.5″ long x 0.75″ wide strips. Connect the ends and mark the middle by making a fold. Then, fold the two ends inside, forming a heart. Lastly, staple the two folded ends, creating a heart. You will need about 12-15 hearts.
Glueing Hearts

Arrange the hearts over the handprint tree so that you can assess where you want to glue them on the tree.
Then, pour liquid glue into a paper plate or a recycled egg carton. Dip the heart into the glue and then place it on the tree. Continue until all of the hearts are glued and positioned on a tree. Wait for the glue to dry.
